Introduction

Green Africa Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Green Africa Group.

Established in 2007 to meet the growing property requirements of the Green Africa Group, the Properties’ division presently manages a portfolio valued at an estimated R60 million.

In the past, premises purchased or leased by sister companies were managed on an individual basis. However, the extent of growth necessitated a dedicated, professional approach that would initiate and manage commercial and industrial property investments for the benefit of internal and external stakeholders.

Green Africa Properties comes from a strong commercial and industrial background: the management team learnt the ropes working in the transportation and logistics sectors, and many existing tenants are Green Africa Group companies. As a result, Green Africa Properties is uniquely placed to make investment decisions that capitalise on practical experience, meet the precise needs of the commercial and industrial market, and deliver shareholder value.
